Introduction

Welcome to dsobrevilla. By accessing or using our services—including web design, UX/UI design, wedding invitations, and restaurant menu design—you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services

dsobrevilla provides creative and digital design services tailored to each client. All projects are customized based on the information and materials provided by the client.

Quotes and Payments

  • All prices are provided through a custom quote.

  • A non-refundable deposit (anticipo) may be required to start the project.

  • Final files will be delivered only after full payment is received.

  • Payments are processed via PayPal or other agreed methods.

Revisions and Changes

  • Each project includes a limited number of revisions (specified in the quote).

  • Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra charges.

  • Once a design is approved, further modifications may be treated as a new request.

Client Responsibilities

  • The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Respond in a timely manner to feedback requests

  • Ensure they have rights to use any content (images, text, logos) provided

Intellectual Property

  • Final designs become the client’s property only after full payment.

  • dsobrevilla reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and social media unless otherwise agreed.

  • Drafts, concepts, and unused proposals remain the property of dsobrevilla.

Project Timeline

  • Timelines are estimated and depend on client responsiveness.

  • Delays in feedback or content delivery may affect the final delivery date.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If the project is canceled after work has begun, the client will be billed for work completed up to that point.

Limitation of Liability

  • dsobrevilla is not responsible for:

  • Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the client

  • Third-party platform issues (printing services, hosting, payment platforms, etc.)

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the designs

Third-Party Services

  • Some services may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, printing services, or PayPal). We are not responsible for their performance or policies.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico, specifically applicable in Monterrey, Nuevo León.

Changes to Terms

  • dsobrevilla reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
